SUPPLEMENT TO PROXY STATEMENT OF PDF SOLUTIONS, INC. DATED APRIL 28, 2021

 

On June 15, 2021, Gerald Z. Yin, Ph.D. notified PDF Solutions, Inc. that he has withdrawn his nomination for re-election to the Board of Directors at the Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held at 3:00 p.m. Pacific time today.  As a result, Dr. Yin will be removed from the slate of candidates for Class II directors to be voted upon at the Annual Meeting, and any votes previously submitted for his re-election will be disregarded.

 

June 15, 2021
